Dead rat found floating in cooking oil?

Like someone mentioned,the laws are implemented,but the execution part of it is not.There are scores of unhygienic eateries around town.They got around the system.The enforcement is 1stly not well paid,therefore subjected to bribery and corruption. Like someone mentioned,even just with a free meal and drinks,the outlet will get away even with the most dirtiest kitchens.As to who will be the victims,i would very much leave it to the consumers.If no one evers dies from eating at that particular outlet,no one will really bother to go about snooping around.
