What do you imagine when you think of 'knee blowing'?

Just harping on someone's old typo here. I think the phrase 'knee blowing' is extremely amusing, but what exactly would knee blowing be? I imagine 'blowing' to mean 'exploding' - knee exploding. What do you think?
