*MTG Question* With Oracle of Mul Daya's 3rd ability can you play a land even after you've already played two?

Oracle of Mul Daya allows for you to play two lands instead of the one per turn that you can normally play. It also forces you to play with the top card showing. This card can be played as if it were in your hand if and only if it is a land and only up until you have played your two lands that turn. So if you had no lands in here hand, draw on and its not a land but the top card is you can play that as one. Then if the the card under is also a land (and is not showing since it is the top card now) then you could play it as your second and flip the new top card. If this one is a land also then no you cannot play it this turn through normal conditions..
