blister turn sore anyone with knowledge help!!!?

Ok yesterday i had a blister or pimple on my about an inch or so below head and today i looked and seen it had bust and now appears to be an small open sore somewhat painfull to me touching or pressing it any help on what this may be i pray its not syphilis! Sn:uncirsised but i doubt that has anything to do with it
