Comcast accounts payable address?

Since Comcast bought out Time Warner in Houston I have been "forced" to get service from them. Since they have doubled the price and their service is disgusting, I have made a record of how much time my internet has been out and calculated how much I was payed for the time it was out to have internet. I need to know where to send this to bill them. So far they owe me .114 cents since the 1st of November, I will send the bill at the end of the month.
