Has anyone tried Kundalini yoga and if so what type of results did you get?
I have fibromyalgia and I am always looking for better ways to manage pain and life. I have tried various types of yoga. Some with great success and some with marginal success. Kundalini yoga was very good to do, except when I went the full minutes. If I went too far, it took me a few days to get back up and running. Pure Hatha or Iyengar or Ashtanga practices nearly crippled me for weeks after practicing. Has anyone else tried Kundalini yoga to help deal with physical or mental problems? Have you had any differences? Do you still do it?
