What is the Protestant BIBLICAL basis for "sola scriptora" in defining itself in contrast with Catholicism?

There is no biblical basis for sola scripture. Sola scriptura says the Bible is the foundation of truth. The Bible says the one Church Christ founded is the foundation of truth. How could there be a scriptural basis for a tradition that has caused nothing but dissension, fragmentation and doctrinal chaos in Christianity, and caused millions of people to reject the plainly stated will of Christ "that they all may be ONE"?
