What notes make up measure 34 in Beethoven's first movement of Moonlight Sonata?

There is a weird x next to the F, which is sharp according to the key signature. What does this mean? Does it apply to the other F in the measure? Also, in the next measure, how do you play the F. It is # according to key signature, but there is a natural and a sharp next to the note. ????????
