Need to rebuild my latop. 1gb RAM. Currenlty runs Vista. What OS is best to re-install? Vista or XP?

Its an Advent ERT2250 1gb RAM and 80gb Hard drive which I am going to sell after its repaired. So ideally would like to know the best OS which would make it more sellable.
