Xbox Live Vision Camera With PC - black screen.?

I've been trying to use my xbox 360 live camera with my PC, it works fine when I use it with Live Messenger but I've tried with TinCam and some other photo apps to capture pictures and video with the camera but the screen just appears black even though the green halo light on the camera is illuminated to signify that the camera is in use. Does anybody know any software I can use to capture video's with my XB Live camera?
