Help sore , only colstrum no milk day 4?

hi one is. dry and has a flat nipple so can only use one nipple but widwife lauched me on wrong first day, try feeding her but so painfull i cry its still only colstrum not actualo milk yet. what can i do nipple is so sore but really dont want to go to bottle
