My children's elementary school wants to do away with their recess next year...?

It is a K-5 school. They have been telling the students the reason they are doing away with recesses is because a group of the students (currently in 4rd grade) are misbehaving. They will do away with recess for next year's 5th graders. While I know they can do this, is it really in the best interest of the children? At the age of 10 and 11 it is so good for them to get outside and burn off energy! Currently they have a 20 minutes recess in the morning and afternoon and a 30 minute recess at lunch.

You could be pi-polar. But I have a feeling about the tiredness but sometimes being full of energy is due to your sleep behavior. Sometimes you get enough sleep to satisfy your body. Other times you don't. Irregular sleep patterns do this to you. Even when you over sleep. I'm uming that your eating disorders are because of your need for attention and approval. And tiredness can also come from you trying to do too much. I'm sure when you do drugs, it's normally in the evening or at night, this probably has a play in your increased activity in the evenings. And From what I can guess you're young, so you have a high level of hormones which is why you have a high drive. Drugs can also do this. As for things like bad organizational skills, that's just a characteristic of you. You should really get help and straighten up your life. Always congested and causing dizzyness?

I have congestion every single day, some days it's minor some days it's really bad, some days it's in the middle. I have severe allergies and I've always had bad conestion and sinus problems.. I actually do this weird thing, it started when I was like 10, I do this thing with my jaw to pop my ear and I feel relief of pressure from my ears. When I do it, it even seems like I can hear better and sometimes I'll do it a lot which makes it look like I have tourettes or something, but I can't stop doing it cause my ears start to build up pressure if I don't. Anyway sometimes I have to pop my jaw a million times to clear my ears, and sometimes it doesn't clear all the way and gets stuck so i'll keep doing it and doing it. Well recently when i pop my jaw and it gets stuck, I get dizzy to the point where everything is spinning and I feel like I'm going to p out. I take zyrtec, sudafed, nasreal, I've been to a million ear,nose, and throat specialist and the doctors keep saying there's nothing wrong with me. I'm tired of being congested every single day and this stupid pressurized crap in my ears is so uncomfortable and I've been doing it for 9 freakin' years now. Please tell me if there is someone who has the same problem or if you know what the hell is wrong with me. This can't be normal.

Can I sue the car dealership?

Had my car for 90 days, purchase from Carmax dealership, not the Pontiac delership currently doing my repair. First week the 2001 firebird had to have engine coils replaced from carmax. Expect to learn a great deal about what it means to be a living human. Don't panic! I really think that it is part of a well-rounded education that you take these cles. You can be certain that these cles will not be as intense as one finds in the first year of medical school. It is also unlikely that you will work on a human cadaver. Should I go with radioactive pill or thyroidectomy?

I was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism in June 2008 and in November of that year, my endocrinologist told me that I also had Graves Disease. I was given the radioactive pill (RAI) but since they didn't give me the right dosage, RAI didn't kill my thyroid when it was supposed to. After the RAI treatment, my eyes got worse! My eyes protruded a lot due to the treatment. I am on methimazole and propranolol and my hormone levels seem to be normal so far but my TSI is still very high, so I still have this Graves Disease and my eyes would keep protruding if I'm not on proper medication. I don't know how long I'm gonna have this problem but my endocrinologist is suggesting me to go to an eye doctor first before I choose to have the Radioactive Pill again or I could just have my thyroid gland removed, honestly I don't know what to do! Does any of you know anyone who had Graves Disease that went away after having the surgery or RAI second treatment?

Parking lights not working after cd player install. (dash lights, parking lights, ect)?

I installed a aftermarket cd player and afterwards none of my parking light features will work such as: parking lights front and rear, dash lights, dimmer switch, a/c temp lights ect. I think I know what caused it from research which was connecting the dimmer wires. I checked all my fuses with a contact circuit tester and they all are good however when I try to test if there is power in the dimmer relay socket I get no power according to my tester. Any ideas on a fix?

In opera, Mezzo Sopranos used to never go below the mezzo soprano "tester" G3. They say that note is meant more for altos. There's no way. Are mezzo sopranos voices just getting more flexible as humans evolve because singers like beyonce and mariah carey can sing below low c. Same with altos...my mother is an alto and her speaking voice is about as low as my lowest notes (G 2 ish or lower, Tenor) In operatic music they generally never sang below G3 either. When I listened to leann rimes sing, her G3 sounds like is in the middle of her range...so much so that I could picture her going with ease down to D3 and probably even down further with some vocal exercise. Whenever I hear old ladies talk the talk with ease down to like A2 and notes like E3 sound almost as high as with men. They are altos...But Mariah carey talks that low too.

Freshman wanting to get into a new sport this year?

I'm a freshman. As a younger girl I was never really into sports...now that I'm learning what I'm interested in and what I'm not interested in, I'm finding that I REALLY want to find a sport to join. This year I tried out for volleyball, but got cut because of all the other freshmen with better skill. But I'm finding that while I do like volleyball, it's not the sport for me to get better at. I'm planning on trying out for badminton in the spring, but have much to improve on. I also swim, but not competitively. I'm a really hard worker and very motivated to learn new things, but other sports I seem to like (really any sport but especially soccer, lacrosse, hockey, and the ones I've already mentioned) are ones I should have started earlier in my life and not start from scratch so they're out of the picture. My parents never thought athletics were that important but I'm trying to express my interest so they start to understand it... It is very true about advances in technology being unavailable to civilians and I more than agree that some elite whether government or unrelated entities have this advantage over the mes. I would hate to think that they would purposely destroy the planet but wouldn't take such a possibility for granted by instinct. The Pacific Plate is at a severely unstable Level and I am concerned as to why this obvious issue is not mentioned even on the USGS site. Don�t get too hung up on the numbers 0.0 carbs and 0.1 carbs means no carbs really. I broke my arm and had surgery about a month ago.during my down time i realized i wanted to serve in the air force. i told my recruiter that i wanted to be discharged from the DEP program. they then told me that it would be 6 months before i would be discharged and that i should reconsider my decision. after i left they said that they were going to medical discharge me and i should find out weather my having surgery the air force would even accept me. can they do this and if so what can i do either stop it or insure me getting in to the air force without the medical discharge?

Hey yahoo, i need help people ..ok so i know this kid at my school who is a total social reject. Xbox Live Vision Camera With PC - black screen.?

I've been trying to use my xbox 360 live camera with my PC, it works fine when I use it with Live Messenger but I've tried with TinCam and some other photo apps to capture pictures and video with the camera but the screen just appears black even though the green halo light on the camera is illuminated to signify that the camera is in use. I don't know much about the cbr250 but i did buy an 09 ninja 250 as my first bike i bought it off someone with about 500miles on it for 3000. i always wanted the yamaha r6 but the 250 can be just as fun it can keep up with cars and go 100mph no problem, iv had mine to 110mph so even a 250 can be a decent bike for the highway.

So my question is, if the door to that room is open, can it have affects on the people who work in the area? Should I keep this dog or try to re-home her?

The dog is a 3 year old KC reg Vizsla female who I have bought from my step-mother (she wanted rid of her bigger dogs and was thus selling them all cheap). I bought her a few weeks ago, with a view to breeding from her (I am already a good dog breeder of Pugs and Bedlington terriers - my 2 favourite breeds) but my fiance loves big dogs like Vizslas and Dobermans. I said we should get a puppy doberman to raise with the smaller dogs to respect them. But the 'bargain' adult Vizsla came along... And thus we now have her. The problem is I like my dogs to live indoors and not in kennels and she is used to kennel life (making lots of mess) though I do crate her I cannot keep her in a cage all the time. And she barks at 4-5am and wakes me up so I'm pretty tired these days... We have close neighbours as well and I worry they'll get annoyed. Furthermore, upon introducing her to my existing pack (on a leash) she went for the female Pug (a breed so placid!). So now I'm worried, I think I've made a mistake getting her. My fiance wants to keep her but he works and I am the one at home with her all day, trying to keep the others away from her. Its stressful. Options then are: Rehome her to new residence. Or take her back to my step-mother (who will rehome her anyway). Or move house to a more rural accomodation and put her in a kennel in the garden..??? The Vizsla herself is a good specimen of the breed. Great with us humans, just obviously wanting to be top dog with the others - hence the aggression. I don't know what to do. I feel guilty and don't want to confuse her further by re-homing her, but can we make it work if she stays? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

This will be my first 4th of July as a single mom. I was to start up the grill. The propane tank hasn't been hooked up in about 3 years. I did check and there is gas in there. How could a 13 year old tone up before summer?

I'm 5'1 and 121 freaking pounds, with a lot of leg muscle. I also have big bones (not an excuse, my ribs and hip bones poke out). And I may feel fat, but I know I'm not. I'm definitely not. I seem to gain a ton of weight and then get way taller, but I want to tone up my muscle and burn some fat before summer. Actually, I don't care if it's before summer, I would just prefer it. I have a bit of belly fat and thigh fat. Are there any exercises that would tone up my stomach and thighs (Like, all of my thigh muscles) while burning fat? But I don't want big bronco thighs.

I have fibromyalgia and I am always looking for better ways to manage pain and life. I have tried various types of yoga. Some with great success and some with marginal success. Kundalini yoga was very good to do, except when I went the full minutes. If I went too far, it took me a few days to get back up and running. Pure Hatha or Iyengar or Ashtanga practices nearly crippled me for weeks after practicing. Has anyone else tried Kundalini yoga to help deal with physical or mental problems? MY friend thought it would be nice to co-sleep with her daughter. 11 years later her daughter is still sleeping with her, because she is afraid to sleep alone.
